Shipping Policy
How will my order be shipped?
Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground.
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
What is the standard shipping cost?
All orders under $75.00 - shipping cost is $6.50.
All orders over $75.00 - shipping costs are as follows:
- $75.01 - $150.00 = $13.00 shipping cost
- $150.01 - $250.00 = $26.00 shipping cost
- $250.01 - $350.00 = $32.50 shipping cost
- $350.01 - $450.00 = $39.00 shipping cost
- $450.01 - $550.00 = $45.50 shipping cost
- $550.01 - $650.00 = $52.00 shipping cost
- $650.01 - $750.00 = $58.50 shipping cost
- $750.01 - $850.00 = $65.00 shipping cost
- $850.01 - $1000.00 = $71.50 shipping cost
- $1000.01 and above = please call for shipping cost
For money order, check, or credit card , please be sure to add
the appropriate shipping costs.
What is the cost to expedite my order?
The rate below will be added to the standard shipping
cost:
UPS Next Day Air - $35.00
UPS 2nd Day Air - $17.50
Ship and arrive at destinations Monday through Friday only.
Deliveries cannot be made Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
How is my order tracked?
A Shipment Confirmation will be emailed to you with
a tracking number and scheduled delivery date.
If you place your order by mail, phone, or fax, and do not wish
to provide your email address, you can contact us for your tracking
number.
For offline mail orders please visit our Order Page where you
can print an order form to be completed and mailed in.
If you are sending your payment by mail, please make check payable

Cancellation
Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been
shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, you must follow the Return Policy
below.
Return Policy
We are strongly committed to providing our customers
with top quality products, that’s why every item we sell
is backed with a complete 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you must
follow the Return Process and we'll gladly exchange your purchase
or refund your purchase price (less Shipping and Handling fees).
What is the Return Process?
Note: All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be pre-approved
by RJT Products before any products are returned.
To make a return:
1. Contact Customer Support by email or phone within 5 days
of receipt of product.
2. You will be given specific instructions for returning the
item along with a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
3. Return the item to the address given to you.
4. Write the RMA Number on the address label.
5. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment.
Returns with a value over $100.00 should be insured.
6. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
7. We are not liable for returned merchandise that does not
reach the addressee.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund
once we have received and processed the returned item. You can
expect a refund, in the same form of payment you used to make
your purchase, within 5 business days of our receipt of your
return.
